Shipping + Processing 

Our estimated processing time is 2-3 business days + shipping time. 

Each candle is hand-poured on the Gold Coast and customised with your personal crystals and scent.

We use a combination of Australia Post, Sendle and Pack & Send to ship orders depending on your location so you can get your package as quickly as possible.

Once your package has been sent out, you will receive an email with a tracking number or notification email if free local delivery is selected. Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit delays that may arise, particularly during peak seasons. 

 

Australia Wide Shipping

 

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100

$10 flat rate - Standard: Same city deliveries generally arrive overnight, locations nearby to the Gold coast 1-2 days and everywhere else in Australia 3-7 business days after dispatch.

 $50 – Wholesale: 2 weeks lead time + shipping time

  

Returns + Exchanges Policy

All orders placed with Koko Lune are are carefully packed and posted with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, unfortunately (and out of our control) from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via hello@kokolune.com.au within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel with your order number and a photo and description of the problem, and our Koko Lune team will promptly resolve any issues. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Koko Lune.
